Co-produced the multimedia engagement campaign that raised over $1.2 million for Alex Winter's Frank Zappa documentary

Coming from a background in film marketing strategy and fan engagement, I worked with lead strategist Ivan Askwith as a senior producer on the campaign that raised over a million dollars to save Zappa's archives and help create the definitive Frank Zappa documentary. Our campaign unfurled across social media, Kickstarter, and multiple websites. Putting the Zappa house in the Hollywood Hills up as a $9M campaign reward helped push our campaign viral, where it trended on Twitter and was picked up by many major news outlets. In crowdfunding branding, social and copywriting, it's imperative to remain consistent and authentic with voice, tone and messaging. My writing was always in the voice of the face of the campaign, client Alex Winter (Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure). My responsibilities included Kickstarter and website copy, creating and managing a social strategy and content schedule, content creation and management, e-marketing, backer relationship management, and more over 6+ months, as well as intensive work directly with client Alex Winter and collaborator Ahmet Zappa / the Zappa estate.
