Fast-paced production of news-like sponsored content articles
I researched and wrote an average of five 700-1,000-word articles per week for sponsoring companies in all corners of the commercial real estate space. Part of my work was to come up with an angle for their advertisement that would appeal naturally to the news site's readership. Subjects ranged from reported stories about developers about reducing costs with adjustments to their supply chain or building materials, to explainers on property-assessed clean energy financing, to profiles of women in CRE.
